The day

Three weeks before AEP

You get one shot at a fourth quarter. This is the day you put the pieces together — the strategy, the carriers and the process to work smarter and harder toward the number you set for the year.

The dome — where the film premieres

The agenda and the film run on the same chassis — four forces shaping the next four years. Three are moving fast, and the fourth decides whose book is still there in 2030.

Today, as Chief Brand & Industry Officer of EnrollHere, he is focused on how technology, connected data, and modern distribution can help insurance professionals build stronger, more efficient businesses while better serving the consumers who depend on them.

Brandon is also the author of eight books focused on sales, personal development, and professional growth. At the heart of his writing is a simple belief: sales is a noble profession, and those who choose it should continually develop their skills, their thinking, and their ability to serve others.

Away from the industry, Brandon is an avid traveler and golfer. He and his high school sweetheart, Natalie, have been married for 39 years and share three married children and eight grandchildren—a growing family that remains at the center of his life.

Through mentoring and coaching individuals and organizations, she is driven by seeing guidance translate into meaningful growth. Today, she helps agencies build stronger businesses, expand their opportunities, and achieve more than they thought possible.

Andrew Johnson headshot

Andrew Johnson

National Annuity Consultant, Heartland Financial Group

Andrew Johnson is a retirement income educator, annuity consultant, speaker, and experienced broadcaster who has built his career around making complex financial concepts easier to understand — and easier to communicate.

Today, Andrew works with insurance agencies and producers across the country, helping agents recognize and develop the retirement planning opportunities that already exist within the relationships they have built. His work focuses on retirement income planning, annuity strategies, agent development, case design, and creating practical educational systems that help agents move confidently from conversation to implementation.

Before bringing his communication skills to the financial services industry, Andrew developed experience in radio and broadcasting — an influence that continues to shape his engaging, conversational approach to education and public speaking.

Andrew is particularly passionate about helping Medicare and life insurance professionals broaden the impact they can have with their clients by becoming more confident in retirement conversations. Rather than beginning with products, his approach begins with understanding the client, identifying the problem, and determining what job each financial tool needs to perform.

Whether speaking to a room of agents or working through an individual retirement case, Andrew's philosophy remains simple: “The product is never the plan. Every financial tool should have a specific job inside the plan.”

Neil Reich headshot

Neil Reich

Founder, Elite Advisor Program

Neil Reich is a Medicare industry executive, entrepreneur, and sales leader with nearly three decades of experience helping agents, agencies, and organizations grow in the senior health insurance marketplace.

Throughout his career, Neil has held senior leadership positions with some of the industry's leading organizations, built and led high-performing sales teams, developed independent agents and agencies, and founded and successfully grew his own Medicare-focused organization.

After nearly 30 years in the business, Neil believes the traditional Medicare agent model must evolve. That belief led him to create the Elite Advisor Program — an agent development and coaching platform designed to help Medicare professionals move beyond simply selling Medicare plans and become trusted advisors to the clients they serve.

Elite Advisor teaches agents how to protect and grow their Medicare book, expand into additional insurance and financial solutions, create new revenue from their existing client relationships, and leverage technology and AI to build a more scalable business.

Neil's message to agents is straightforward: your greatest opportunity isn't simply selling more Medicare plans — it's becoming more valuable to the clients who already trust you. Through the Elite Advisor Program, his mission is to develop the next generation of professional Medicare advisors: agents who create greater value for their clients, build stronger and more diversified businesses, and ultimately earn more by serving their clients better.
